Unify Team

Draft smoke page for today’s Unify builder gaps: form instance styles + per-page redirect, gallery lightbox slider, icon list position, counter label styles, floating button custom icon, text case, and tighter default padding.

This form widget has its own placeholder, focus, input fill, and button hover colors. After submit it should redirect to /about via the widget redirect_url (not the shared Forms dashboard action).
